Doug Pike has worked as a journalist for 35 years. For 14 of those years, he served on the Editorial Board of The Philadelphia Inquirer, holding politicians accountable to Pennsylvanians. He also served as chairman of the board at a hospital, which gave him firsthand experience with the challenges of America’s health care system and made him a strong believer in the need for quality, affordable health care.
